Melanie Muhrer

Personal trainer, nutritionist & lifestyle coach

Hey, I’m Melanie. I have been working intensively with fitness, nutrition and mindset for over 10 years. My mission: to help women become physically and mentally stronger.

When I decided to live my dream, I moved the centre of my life to Dubai. Here I accompany women personally on site and support women digitally around the globe on their way to more strength, energy and self-confidence.

My approach is holistic – in addition to training and nutrition, habits and mental strength also play a central role. I support you individually, whether in the gym, when changing your diet or through targeted mindset work.
